All orders are processed subject to product availability.
Prices are listed in Serbian dinars (RSD) and include VAT.

Alcohol Policy
The amigos.rs website sells alcoholic beverages. By accessing the site, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. The purchase of alcohol is prohibited for minors.
For any order containing alcoholic beverages, by confirming the order, the user affirms that they are 18 years of age or older.
Ordering
By confirming an order, you accept the Terms of Use of the system and the Privacy Policy. Once the order is confirmed, it is forwarded to the restaurant. You will receive an SMS with the restaurant’s response.
amigos.rs is responsible for the preparation, quality, and delivery of the ordered food. Delivery terms are solely determined by the restaurant.
To ensure that your order is successfully processed, you must provide accurate and complete information at the time of ordering so that the restaurant can deliver the requested items.
amigos.rs will take all measures to secure the data you provide, but under no circumstances will it be held liable for any unintentional or intentional damages (such as data loss) resulting from unauthorized access by third parties.
The limitation of liability applies to any damages related to orders. Each order is subject to changes due to product unavailability, delivery issues, price adjustments, selected delivery time, or the restaurant’s response (acceptance or rejection).
amigos.rs will notify you via SMS if there are any changes regarding your order. The confirmation SMS will include order details, delivery time, and price. If the delivery time or price is not acceptable, you may cancel the order. Cancellations must be made within a few minutes of placing the order.
If amigos.rs rejects your order, the SMS will indicate the reason for the rejection.
Prices and Payments
All product prices displayed on the website (amigos.rs) and the mobile application correspond to the prices and offerings at the restaurant. If you choose delivery, your order will be delivered to the address you provide at the time of ordering.

You can pay for your order in cash, by credit card, or online.
Accurate Description of Products and Delivery
By clicking on Order now, you will receive a complete description of all products available for online ordering, including their full price in Serbian dinars.
All products and services are described accurately and clearly, including quantity, ingredients, and specific characteristics (e.g., alcoholic beverages).

Online Payment
You can now pay for your orders online using a credit or debit card. Card payments are completely secure. First, when you select the online card payment option, you need to enter your card details in the following field, and in the field below, provide your email address where the transaction confirmation will be sent. When you choose to pay by card, the system redirects you to the secure environment of our payment provider. You will then need to enter your card details and confirm the payment. First, select the type of card you are using from the dropdown menu. Then, enter the card number, cardholder name, and the expiration month and year. All of this information can be found on the front of your card. Finally, enter the card security code (CVV), which is a three-digit number located on the back of your card that provides additional security for online payments. After completing these steps, you will return to our website and receive a notification confirming whether your order has been successfully processed.
When entering your payment card information, confidential data is transmitted over public networks in a secure (encrypted) form. At no point is your card information accessible to our system.
If you enter incorrect card information, the system will return you to the order confirmation page, where you can attempt the payment again or choose another payment method. If the transaction fails due to incorrectly entered information, upon returning to our website, you will see the following message: Transaction unsuccessful. Your card has not been charged.
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – Serbian dinar (RSD). For informational purposes, prices in other currencies are shown using the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. The amount charged to your payment card will be expressed in your local currency through a conversion at the rate used by the card networks, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference between the original price listed on our website and the amount appearing on your card statement.
Online payments are processed through OTP Bank’s secure payment service, and amigos.rs does not have access to or store any payment card information.
Financial Transaction Data Protection
When entering your payment card information, confidential data is transmitted over public networks in a secure (encrypted) form. At no point is your card information accessible to our system.
If you enter incorrect card information, the system will return you to the order confirmation page, where you can attempt the payment again or choose another payment method. If the transaction fails due to incorrectly entered information, upon returning to our website, you will see the following message: Transaction unsuccessful. Your card has not been charged.
Refund of Charged Funds
If the payment provider supports fund refunds, payment will not be processed at the time of ordering; only a reservation of funds will be made. In this case, payment will be completed only when the order is dispatched. In the event of order cancellation, the reserved funds will be released within 24 hours. If multiple payment attempts were made, the same amount may be temporarily reserved multiple times; however, these funds will not be collected, and the reservations will be canceled within 24 hours.
In the event of a refund to a customer who has previously paid by credit or debit card, whether partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the refund, amigos.rs is obligated to process the refund exclusively through VISA, EC/MC, DinaCard and Maestro payment methods. This means that the bank will, at the request of the seller, credit the funds back to the user’s card account.
If amigos.rs does not accept or rejects your order for any reason, the funds will be refunded to your account within 24 hours.
Payment is considered successfully completed only when you receive an SMS confirming the transaction.
Acceptance of Payment Cards
We accept all validly presented payment cards: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, and DinaCard. All payments are processed in accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Serbia and electronic payment security standards.
All card information is processed through a secure payment gateway, and amigos.rs does not have access to or store users’ card details.
Delivery
The delivery time you select when placing an order is subject to change. If amigos.rs cannot prepare your order at the specified time, you will be notified of the earliest possible time the order can be ready. All information regarding your order will be sent to you via SMS.
If you choose delivery, your order will be delivered to the address you provide at the time of ordering.
The responsibility of amigos.rs or the delivery person engaged by the restaurant is to deliver your order within the specified time. If your order does not arrive on time, please contact amigos.rs. Even if the delivery is delayed, the order will still be charged. If amigos.rs cannot deliver the order due to a customer error, the customer will be responsible for the delay.
If amigos.rs is unable to complete the delivery at the specified time, your order will be rejected, and you will be notified of the reason for the rejection via SMS.
Complaints Policy
This Rulebook regulates the rights and obligations of users of the food ordering services through the website amigos.rs, regarding the procedure for submitting and resolving complaints, particularly in cases of online order payments made by payment cards.
The customer has the right to file a complaint regarding a service or product if the delivery has not been completed, if the delivery is incomplete or incorrect, if the product does not match the description/order, or in cases of billing errors or double charges.
The customer may submit a complaint in writing via email to office@amigos.rs, by phone at +381 64 0027373, or by completing the complaint form available on the website. A complaint may be submitted no later than within 24 hours from the occurrence of the reason for the complaint. The complaint must include the following information: full name, contact details, order number, date and description of the complaint, as well as any supporting documentation (photos, receipts, etc., if available).
If you experience any issues when ordering through the website or mobile application, or if you are not receiving messages, please contact amigos.rs. Every complaint will be addressed within 24 hours. The procedure for canceling your order is described in detail in the Order Cancellation section.
If you have placed an order online, please check your order in the presence of the delivery person upon receipt. If there are visible damages (torn parts or crushing), you should not accept the order. In this case, please call us at +381 64 0027373. We will inform you of the next steps within 24 hours.
If you receive your order but, upon opening it, find that the delivered items do not match what was ordered or that the invoice information is incorrect, please contact amigos.rs within 24 hours after receiving the order.
In the case of returning an order, if the user has previously paid the courier (cash on delivery), the cost of returning the order will not be borne by amigos.rs, but will be the responsibility of the user.
amigos.rs is obliged to confirm the receipt of the complaint without delay, and no later than within 24 hours from its receipt, via email or phone. Complaints shall be resolved no later than within 24 hours from the time of receipt, except in the case of more complex complaints, in which amigos.rs is required to inform the User about the extension of the resolution period and the reason for the extension.
Depending on the nature of the complaint, amigos.rs is obliged to either replace the product/service, issue a refund (if the transaction was made via online payment card, the refund will be processed exclusively through the same payment card), or offer another solution in agreement with the User.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, for example, if the delivery time differs from what you expected or the address you entered is incorrect, you must do so within a few minutes of placing the order.
You can cancel your order by sending an SMS to the number from which you received the order confirmation. The SMS should contain the following information:
Cancel 1234
In this example, “1234” is the order number that amigos.rs sent you via SMS when notifying you that your order was accepted. If you send the SMS in time, you will receive a confirmation message that your order has been canceled.
If too much time has passed andamigos.rs has already started processing your order, it cannot be canceled.
You will be notified via SMS whether the restaurant has accepted the order cancellation or not. If amigos.rs does not accept the cancellation, your order will be delivered, and you will be required to pay for it. amigos.rs may reject an order if it cannot be fulfilled for any reason (e.g., the restaurant is too busy or does not deliver to your city or area). In this case, you will receive an SMS explaining the reason for the rejection.
Right to Withdraw from an Order
Users have the right to cancel their order before food preparation begins.
If the order is already being prepared or has been delivered, cancellation and refunds are not possible, as the products are perishable and prepared according to the individual user’s request.
If a user wishes to cancel an order, they must do so immediately after placing the order by contacting amigos.rs via phone or email.
If payment has been made in advance (online payment) and the order has not yet entered preparation, the amount will be refunded to the user within 24 hours, using the same method by which the payment was made.
amigos.rs is committed to reviewing every legitimate situation in favor of the user and resolving any potential misunderstandings to the mutual satisfaction of both parties.
The user has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the date of its conclusion, without providing any reason. The restaurant provides a withdrawal form, which is available for download or for electronic completion and submission.
Complaints
amigos.rs takes user complaints very seriously, as customer satisfaction is our top priority.
If you experience any issues when ordering through the website or mobile application, or if you are not receiving messages, please contact us. Every complaint will be addressed within 24 hours.
Information about the use of the website may be collected through cookies. Cookies are used to enhance user convenience, improve the quality of the website, and the services it provides. Cookies enable us to optimize and speed up the ordering process. Cookies are small text files placed on your computer by the web server.
